Knowledgeable staff, very well decorated, elegant room. Tasty food for a continental breakfast. Central location, at a short distance from seneca niagara resort casino. Very nice area. Charming hotel, had a really good service.

staff were very helpful, the location was top, the bed was lovely. i liked a mexican decor and dark furniture. quick breakfast with plenty of meals. a short walk to the excellent beach. friendly check in and perfect service throughout my stay.

The whole experience was such great. The food was brilliant and the staff was beautiful. The location was super, within walking distance of observation tower. Early check-in, late check-out.

Fantastic location, fashioned room, extremely friendly staff, I loved it. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Niagara Falls district. The beds were spacious, I slept well. Reasonably good breakfast, impeccable service.

Great place to stay, tidy, everything was exceptional. Airy unit with a Colonial decor. Staff were genuinely friendly, I liked efficient check in. The outdoor bar was lovely and the drinks were good: )

It was a nice stay in the good area. The rooms were unique, comfortable bedroom for a good sleep. Fairly clean hotel with a central location. Packed breakfast was gorgeous, loved this place. The service offered here was excellent.

Comfortable bed in the king room, and heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing table. Hotel's maid was top! Property is perfectly situated to explore Niagara Falls.

The breakfast was nice and the place was very clean. We really loved the convenience of the king room, as well as heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a writing table. Moreover, we could park our car on site. Would stay here again without hesitation, the hotel met standard.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Legends Bar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. No complaints with the hotel.

It took about 15 min by foot to get to casino niagara. We parked in a free parking on site
